Click the link in that email within 30 minutes. The code appears at once, and is emailed to you as well.

You need at least 500 points (5 €).
One coupon at a time: use or cancel yours before requesting another.
⚠️ A coupon is valid for 30 days. After that it expires and your points are returned.
The email step exists for a reason: nobody but you can spend your points.

When Are Points Credited?
Points are automatically credited 1 hour after your payment is confirmed. This delay prevents abuse in case of refund requests.
If your order is refunded or canceled, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from your balance.
How to Use Your Points
Using your points is quick and easy:
Good to know: A coupon is valid for 30 days. After that it expires and your points are automatically returned — nothing is lost. However, unused points expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account.
Minimum required: You need at least 500 Points to generate a coupon.
